UNCASVILLE- Award-winning country singer Jason Aldean brought his RIDE ALL NIGHT tour to Mohegan Sun Area on May 3rd and 4th in Uncasville, CT. Aldean brought along some special guests as opening acts, Carly Pierce and Kane Brown. Both amazing performers respectively who could easily be headliners themselves someday. Aldean started off the concert with his 2012 hit Take a Little Ride followed by Tattoos on This Town.

Aldean recently received the Academy of Country Music (ACM) Dick Clark Artist of the Decade award at the 2019 ACM Awards in Las Vegas. He’s been one of country’s biggest entertainers for quite some time.

While Aldean has flourished and enjoyed tons of success as a country-rock star,  the ride hasn’t always been easy. October 1, 2017, is a date Aldean will never forget. He was on stage during the Route 91 Harvest festival in Las Vegas when the crowd enjoying Aldean’s performance was attacked by gunfire. Sadly, 58 people lost their lives and hundreds were injured. In an interview with Rolling Stones, Aldean said, “It was the worst night of my life.”

Aldean performs with lots of emotion and fires up the crowds many who were wearing flannel shirts, jeans, cowboy boots and hats to match. You can feel the energy and excitement by both Aldean and the fans. You have to attend his concert and witness for yourself to fully grasp the electrifying moment. As a Puerto Rican kid who was raised on salsa, r&b, and hip hop music, I truly enjoyed the country music experience.
