Attorney Matthew P. Vaccarelli, a Waterbury resident licensed to practice law in the states of Connecticut and New York has announced his candidacy for Probate Judge of the Waterbury-Wolcott Probate District. The special election will be held November 7, 2017.

When life creates a situation where you suddenly need the assistance of the probate court system you need someone who listens and understands the challenges you face, as well as someone who cares and believes in a legal process that is accessible, fair and efficient. I truly believe that I am that person.”
   Attorney Vaccarelli has been in the practice of law for over 14 years. His Law Office is located at 678 Chase Parkway in Waterbury. Attorney Vaccarelli was born and resides in Waterbury. He holds a Juris Doctorate and a LL.M in taxation with a focus in probate, estate planning and estate taxation from Boston University School of Law. A significant portion of Attorney Vaccarelli’s experience includes court appointments as an Attorney and Guardian Ad Litem to represent minor children.
Attorney Vaccarelli has full and complete knowledge of all areas of probate law. His private practice focuses on simple and complex estate and tax planning, probate administration, conservatorship proceedings, guardianship proceedings and representation of endangered minor children in custody and guardianship proceedings.
   Attorney Vaccarelli, his wife Natasha and his son Mason live in Waterbury. In personal time Attorney Vaccarelli has served on local boards of community enterprises. He has also served the needs of the community as a youth coach. Attorney Vaccarelli is in the process of reaching out to Democratic leaders in Waterbury and Wolcott in the coming weeks.
