Landmark Community Theatre will be holding auditions for its summer production, BILLY ELLIOT on April 3 & 6, 2016 in the Thomaston Opera House.  Children’s auditions will be held from 3-7pm Sunday, April 3rd with Adult auditions from 7-9pm. Additional auditions, both children and adults, will be held Wednesday, April 6th from 6-9pm. Katherine Ray will direct the show, with music direction by Michael Berkeley and choreography by Jeri Kansas. The show will open on July 9 and run through July 24, 2016 for a total of 8 performances.

Casting requirements call for seven featured characters plus ensemble:
Billy Elliot, Michael (Billy’s Best Friend), & Debbie Wilkinson – Age 10 to 13
Dad (Billy’s father) Age 35-45, Grandma (Billy’s Grandma)- Age 60-75,
Mrs. Wilkinson (Dance Teacher)- Age 40-50, Tony (Billy’s brother)- Age 18-25
Ensemble includes: 12 ballet girls, 1-2 boys, 3 women and up to 13 men
All roles are open for audition. April 3rd children’s auditions will be held in 60 minute blocks with an additional 30 minutes for choreography. Children will be auditioned in groups of 12 and on a scheduled basis. Please email or call for an appointment. Walk-ins will be seen as time allows.
