On January 19, 2016, Waterbury Police developed information identifying the driver that fled the scene of a fatal accident that occurred on January 18, 2016 on Bronson Street Waterbury, CT.
The information lead to the arrest of a woman named Clara Hinton DOB 1/22/92 of Waterbury, CT. Hinton was charged with Evading Responsibility Operating a motor vehicle causing serious physical injury or death. Hinton’s Bond was set at $500,000. She was transported to Waterbury Superior Court this morning for arraignment.
