The CT Grown Litchfield Hills Farm-Fresh market is open for business at its indoor home at the Litchfield Community Center, 421 Bantam Road, Litchfield, CT.  Over 15 vendors participate offering seasonal field-fresh, cold-stored, hoop house and hydroponic fruits, vegetables and herbs; local eggs; pasture fed beef, bison and chicken; artisanal breads and chocolates; pies, cider doughnuts and baked goods; jams, jellies, chutney, pickles, sauces and hot sauce made from local ingredients; award winning goat and cow cheese; honey; maple syrup; balsamic vinegar, olive and grape seed oils; and goat milk soaps; local restaurants offer foods to go.  Seasonal artists and guests have great offerings for yourself or special presents.  Music, guest artists, a free cook and gardening book exchange and workshops are scheduled on most market days.
