This years event will be a very special one as it marks the 25th Anniversary of the Rivera Memorial Foundation, also known as Rivera & Hughes Memorial Park Committee. Through all the trials and tribulations during the 25 year journey, the Rivera Memorial Foundation is still running strong. For that, I give thanks to God first, and then all the volunteer, staff, the New Opportunities Inc., and most important past and present supporters. We extend a very special invitation to all who have been in one way or another a part of the Rivera Memorial Foundation as a participant, supporter, volunteer, committee member or staff to come and join us to give a long waiting and well deserving recognition to our Pioneer Awardees, as well as, our distinguished Community Service and Inspirational Educator Award honorees.
