Dickens’ classic, A CHRISTMAS CAROL, comes to life at the historic Thomaston Opera House.
The final production of the 2014 Season is a classic Holiday favorite, A CHRISTMAS CAROL, showing November 28, December 5,6,12,13 @ 8pm and November 29 & 30, December 7 & 14 @ 2pm. Three spirits take the miserly Ebenezer Scrooge on a journey through his past, present and future where he learns the true meaning of Christmas and life. This traditional re-telling of Charles Dickens’ timeless classic will enchant you and your family!
With dazzling special effects, traditional storytelling, and colorful costumes, A CHRISTMAS CAROL has become a tradition that truly defines the spirit of the season. Whether it’s flying ghosts or Scrooge’s scowls & “Bah humbug”s, there’s something for everyone in Landmark Community Theatre’s production of A CHRISTMAS CAROL.
   Based on the Charles Dickens classic, A CHRISTMAS CAROL tells the tale of curmudgeonly miser Ebenezer Scrooge, who is visited by the ghosts of Christmases Past, Present and Future hoping to change his destiny and save his soul and discovers the true spirit of the holiday season.
   This year’s production of A CHRISTMAS CAROL will star TOH veteran Bob Lussier who was last seen as Javert in LCT’s Les Miserables. The cast also includes acting newcommer Randy Jones (Bob Cratchit), the talented David Macharelli (Jacob Marley) last seen as Sherlock Holmes in LCT’s The Game’s Afoot. And rounding out the three gohsts are Jen Cocomazzi (Christmas Past), Brock Putnam (Christmas Present) and Lynn D’Ambrosi ( Christmas Future).
The cast of over 30 will also feature young performers from many local communities including Nicholas Bouffard (Tiny Tim), Nicholas Santovasi (Peter Cratchit), Sophia Harris (Belinda Cratchit0, Kasey Geremia (Martha Cratchit) and Grace & Sarah Henderson as the (youngest Cratchit Children).
The creative team for Landmark’s production A CHRISTMAS CAROL includes Dan Checovetes (Director),  David Macharelli (Original Scenic Designer), Barbara Piscopo (Costume Coordinator),  Dan Checovetes (Lighting Designer), Gary Kingsbury (Sound Designer).
