Rep. Elizabeth Esty (CT-5) announced that her office has returned over $2.2 million in savings to constituents since she took office. The refunds include over $900,000 in Social Security benefits, over $500,000 in veterans benefits, over $245,000 in Medicare refunds, and other savings from federal and state agencies, such as the IRS.
