In 2003, while on her first trip to Ghana, Carol Rubelmann had a vision from the Lord. In her vision, she saw people walking many miles on their quest for water. The water was not clean but highly contaminated with harmful bacteria and mold.

Two years later, with the vision placed in her heart, Carol returned to the city of Techiman. Her plan to build the first well was accomplished . In 2007, the second well was built and the third well in 2013.

The pastor along with her husband, Pastor Dan, are planning to build the fourth and final well in July. Carol needs to raise $15,000. Planned fundraisers are selling jewelry, a car wash May 24th (10-3 on Main Street in Watertown at the Kia dealership), a t-shirt sale at La Bonne’s Market (11-3 on May 31st), tag and bake sale June 7th (8-3 at the Father’s House) and an upcoming dinner and silent auction at the end of June. Being a former nurse, Carol plans to run a free health clinic while teaching the people of Techiman about nutrition.

With hard work and prayers, the team from The Father’s House will not just help bring clean water to thousands of people they will be bringing the most important thing: God’s amazing love!
