As part of the new program, students will be introduced to the art of ballroom manners as well as have an opportunity to experience an improved level of con?dence and the healthy bene?ts of dance.  “When you dance, your cardiovascular system improves, your muscle tone increases and you burn calories. This low impact aerobic activity also increases ?exibility, strength and balance. Olympic athletes often dance as part of their training to sharpen their control, agility and speed,” explains Fred Astaire Southbury manager Christian Lange.

Fred Astaire Southbury will be o?ering two classes per week. Tuesday and Wednesday
from 3:00pm to 4:30pm.  Drop o? will be from 3:00-3:15 and pick up 4:15 to 4:30.
