Atty Lucas Meyer snagged first place with a blistering time of 16:16, which defetaed the closest runner by 70 seconds.

Saranda Belica, who works in the Mayor’s Office inside Waterbury City Hall, was competing in her first road race, and finished in style to take home 96th place. Struga, Macedonia, is where she was born, and where her family now lives.
