DeCesare is a Licensed Professional Counselor practicing in Middlebury, where she has maintained an office for 13 years. Prior to retiring from Education as a high school counselor and establishing her counseling practice, DeCesare was Chairperson of the Guidance Department at Crosby High School for six years. One of the hallmarks of her previous work that she brings to her counseling practice for children, adolescents and adults is her commitment to higher and advanced education.
