Madre Latina Organization is a local group, which intends to form a non-profit, educational organization, born out of Yoellie Iglesias’s experience with the community. Mrs. Iglesias saw the need to create a bridge to connect the Hispanic community with programs and services available in the city. Yoellie Iglesias and her team, will host the first annual Luncheon “MUJER LATINA…2013 NUESTRO AÑO DE ÉXITO” (LATIN WOMEN…2013 OUR YEAR OF SUCESS).

Madre Latina’s Luncheon is planned to foster and promote the success of Hispanic women. This unique event offers the Hispanic community a comfortable atmosphere to network and learn about the personal and professional experiences of other Hispanic women from different backgrounds.

Madre Latina’s Luncheon “MUJER LATINA …2013 NUESTRO AÑO DE ÉXITO” will provide guidance and motivation for all women to network, entertain, learn and grow. The luncheon will provide a “network session” along with highly respected and inspirational speakers in an up close and personal setting. Guest Speakers are: Carmen Rodriguez, Marilyn Calderon, Marianela Medrano-Mara & Yoellie Iglesias.

Luanelly Iglesias, President of Madre Latina, will welcome the guest speakers. The proceeds from the event will help fund the development of Madre Latina’s monthly meetings. It will also help the organization accomplish their purpose to Educate, Connect and Empower the Hispanic families, and make a difference in their lives. The mission of Madre Latina is to promote and encourage the advancement of Hispanic mothers by providing training, technical assistance, and mentoring in order to pursue continuing education.

The cost to register for the luncheon is $15.00 and includes: lunch, a goody bag at the registration table, raffle tickets, entertainment, free samples, networking, exhibitors, vendors and inspirational speakers.
