StayWell Health Center celebrated 40 years in the Waterbury community this year. In addition to this longitudinal milestone, the organization is growing to meet the increased need for quality, affordable health care in the Greater Waterbury area. As part of this expansion, the agency has hired Kenneth Korsu as Human Resources Director for the almost 150 people currently employed at StayWell.

Korsu comes to StayWell as a continuation of a career spanning over thirty years in the human resources field. Previous to StayWell, Korsu held positions in the manufacturing industry, other social service agencies in New York City, and at Yale University. The support of a new Human Resources Director will further StayWell’s ability to provide quality care. Says Korsu, “I think if anyone comes in here and meets with us, they will walk away totally impressed. And if you look at our clinical areas, they are run by the penultimate leaders in medicine and dentistry.”
