The Historic Overlook Community Club executive board along with the Waterbury Citizens Patrol directed by Mordy Siegel and representatives from the Waterbury Police Community Relations Unit met to organize an Overlook and Hillside Communities WCP membership campaign and training program. The Waterbury Citizens Patrol drives through both neighborhoods from 7:00 P.M. and 2:00 A.M. each night securing our streets and reporting any suspicious activity to the Waterbury Police Department. It works with the Historic Overlook Neighborhood Block Watch organization sharing what they observe with the HONBW captains.
