This fall, the Center for Women’s Health in Connecticut (www.womenshealthct.com), with offices in Waterbury and Southbury, will launch a women’s lecture series, “Girl Talk”, in collaboration with Naugatuck Valley Radiology Associates. The two practices are inviting area women to come and enjoya series of relaxing evenings focusing on their health.

Radiologist Dr. Gregory Gersten 

The first lecture, “You’re So Vein”, will be offered Monday,October 1st with Interventional Radiologist Dr. Gregory Gersten of Naugatuck Valley Radiology. Dr. Gersten will discuss symptoms and treatments available forvaricose veins.

All lectures will be held the first Monday of each month from 6:00 to 8:00 pmat the Middlebury Consignment, 1365 Whittemore Road in Middlebury. During eachlecture, a variety of Connecticut wines will be served along with gourmet lightfare in the elegant upscale ambiance of Middlebury Consignment.

“Sex and the Brass City” with Dr. Marcia Tejeda of the Center forWomen’s Health will be the second lecture on Monday, November 5th.“Holiday Glow” will be the theme for the December 3rd lecture. The lecture will focus on healthy skin care and cosmetic surgical procedures.
