Charge up your super powers and bring them down to the 3rd annual Brass City Comic Convention on Sun., July 22 from 10 am – 3pm at Naugatuck Valley Community College in Waterbury, CT. The event will be in the Ruth Ann Leever Atrium. Admission is only $0.99 – unless you wear a costume (then it’s free) & kids under age 10 attend for free when accompanied by an adult.
   Meet comic book artists Frank Mclaughlin, Dan Dos Santos, Cesar Feliciano and Dave Meikis. NVCC’s own Professor William H. Foster, renowned comic book historian, will be there, plus, you can join sessions like “What every aspiring comics professional writer and artist needs to know about work for hire.” Proceeds to benefit Safe Haven of Greater Waterbury.
