Together in partnership with W.O.I.C. of Waterbury, we have organized and will be hosting our 1st Annual Summertime Kickoff on Saturday, June 2nd, 2012 at the North End Recreation Center in Waterbury.  We will be providing food, entertainment/talent and activities that promote unity, joy and togetherness, along with prizes and raffle giveaways.

As a new company that strongly believes in giving back to the community and encouraging positive youthful gatherings, we invite you to meet and greet the owner and team and learn more about the programs available and plans for future growth.
Free food and activity such as our Chess Tournament, Basketball Shoot-Out, Double-Dutch contest, Talent Show and Blacktop Drawing contest are a few of the going-on’s.

M.E. F.I.R.S.T. is dedicated to assisting families reach their maximum potential. M.E. F.I.R.S.T. will work with families to help them identify the root of what is causing barriers and offer ways to come to a solution. M.E. F.I.R.S.T. will support families by providing services such as Mentoring, After School Programs and Family/Individual counseling. The following aspects of the company are its’ pillars:

Mind Elevations Program
By offering tutoring throughout the school year, the goal is to reinforce classroom instruction to ensure our students are grasping their academic curriculum, particularly in the areas of math, English/Grammar and Science.

Elements Program
A mentoring program staffed by advanced Behavioral Health credentialed Therapeutic Support and Support Staff professionals. Services are geared toward children and youth who struggle with mild to moderate social adjustment and behavioral problems and those who have significant challenges with coping with “out-of-home” placement and other daily stressors often related to trauma related experiences.

C.A.S.A
C.A.S.A. provides advocacy and peer support services to parents, grandparents, and caregivers.
