The Alliance Française of Northwestern Connecticut (AFNWCT) will host two Café and Conversation Sessions in French on April 14th and April 28th from 10:30 to 12:30 at The Barn Club 558 Main Street South Woodbury.

On April 14th, Dr. Leslie Desmangles, a native of Haiti and professor of International Relations at Trinity College in Hartford will present a program on “The French Influence in the Caribbean” after which participants will read and discuss articles on
the topic.

An April 28th, Margaret Sapir, owner of Wave Hill Breads of Norwalk will speak in French about her breads and the formation of her business.  Participants will be able to sample and purchase her creations.
