A garbage container along the eastern edge of Fulton Park, on Pine Street, appears to be an effective tool for keeping the area clean. But a  peek over the stone wall revealed an alternate universe. There are many Waterburians who take great pride in the city, and spend hundreds of hours volunteering and performing community service. There are other Waterburians who live and act like animals. Blight affects the psyche of Waterbury, and acts like this in Fulton Park stain the environment, and the community.
