Unitarian Universalists do not usually expound much about sin. They are more prone to discussing the “inherent worth and dignity of each individual” in this world, which is the first of seven guiding principles. But, on Sunday, March 18 at 10:30 am, ministerial candidate, Andrew Moeller from First Parish in Northborough, MA, will talk about sin. He will be speaking at the meetinghouse of Mattatuck Unitarian Universalist at 122 South Pomperaug Avenue in Woodbury. His talk is entitled, “Something about Sin.” He will explore some traditional Unitarian and Universalist views on the concept of sin, and if this theological concept has any meaning to our lives today. The public is welcome. Refreshments will be available after the service.
