Doug McClure of the Flamingos sings Voices of the Past on Saturday, Feb 11th at 2:00 pm at the Silas Bronson Library, 267 Grand St., Waterbury.
The lead singer of the 1959 hit “I Only Have Eyes for You” sings the hits of his famed Doo Wop group as well as such classics as “You Send Me”, “Ain’t Nothing Like the Real Thing”, “Lady” and “Just the Two of Us”, from his new CD “love letters” with Hardy Eason on keyboard. The performance is funded by the Friends of the Silas Bronson Library.
