Waterbury Parks Department employees Bob Gietano, left, and Mark Lombardo, spent the early afternoon of November 30th hanging Christmas wreaths on the balcony outside the mayor’s office on the second floor of City Hall. The staff of Mayor Mike Jarjura had packed and transitioned out of the office, and Gietano and Lombardo took the opportunity to unscrew the massive windows and hang the wreaths before the new administration of Neil O’Leary arrived December 1st for their first day on the job.
