Our Northern Lights Limited to Santa’s Train Workshop promises a festival of light displays inside and outside the train taking passengers on a journey to Santa’s Train Workshop where Santa will board and greet everyone during your 75 minute ride. At the conclusion of your train ride, visit our gift shop inside the decorated, historic 1881 Thomaston Station, where you can find that perfect gift for that special someone this holiday season! We have a large selection of railroad books and memorabilia to choose from as well as plenty of children’s gifts including Thomas the Tank Engine™ merchandise! Also, make sure to enjoy the operating Christmas train layout.
Reservations are recommended, these trains sell out early. Tickets are $25.00 for Adults, Seniors and Children. Children 2 and under ride free, but MUST be seated on an Adult’s lap. $1/ticket discount for reservations of 20 or more. Trains must leave on-time, so please make sure to arrive well before the departure time. Santa visits ALL our December trains
Purchase tickets online at www.rmne.org or call (860) 283-7245 anytime. Pick up pre-purchased tickets at Thomaston Station’s WILL CALL window on the day of the event. All tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable. Dates are November 26 and December 2-4, 9-11, 16-18 and 23. Train times at 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm.
