Jacques Offenbach’s LES CONTES D’HOFFMANN

One of the grandest 19th-century French operas, Jacques Offenbach’s Tales of Hoffman takes the real life of German poet E.T.A. Hoffmann and makes him the title character of three, fanciful stories of failed love. The opera will be performed by the Connecticut Virtuosi Chamber Orchestra and Connecticut Lyric Opera.
