The Chef Series at the Mattatuck Museum continues with Restaurateur Marty DiVito Jr. of Signatures Restaurant in Waterbury on Monday, June 20, 2011 from 6:00-9:00pm. The lesson ends as participants enjoy the meal they just learned to prepare.
