CSFM provides a two year intensive bank management training program that is sponsored by the Connecticut Bankers Association. The program is designed to increase knowledge and awareness of banking theory, practices and procedure, capital markets and management functions that can be utilized in preparing for new responsibilities at or within the management level. There have been over 2,000 graduates from the school since its inception in 1962.
